NCFHP Highlighted by NACHC for Enabling Services

December 13, 2019 by Sara Gomez

NCFHP was one of four programs nationwide highlighted by the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) for innovative approaches to outreach, case management, health education and other enabling services.

Click here to read the full article as well as the case study on NCFHP. The case studies have been shared nationally with administrators from other federally qualified health centers and posted on NACHC’s website to help spur ideas for other centers to implement and expand these types of services.
