The NC Farmworker Health Program staff consists of seven individuals who provide support to network members, including healthcare contract sites, migrant health centers, pharmacies, and others interested in serving migrant and seasonal farmworkers throughout the state.

They work collaboratively with health departments, community health centers, rural health centers, hospitals, community organizations, universities, and other agencies working to improve the health of migrant and seasonal farmworkers in the state.
